Your forefoot absorbs 300–500 impacts in a single badminton session, carrying 3–4 times your body weight on every lunge and push-off. The Racket Pro forefoot cushion zone is engineered to absorb that load through both the landing and the push-off phase — not just the moment your foot hits the floor.
A 25mm deep heel cup — the deepest in the 8ease range — cradles the heel and positions it correctly on every landing, on hard PU courts and wooden hall floors alike. Alongside it, a TPU-reinforced lateral stability shell runs along the outer edge to resist the roll forces generated by explosive split-step lunges.
Around 20–25% of the Indian population has flat feet — higher than the global average — and a tired arch is the first thing to go when a match goes long. Racket Pro uses a medium-firm, semi-rigid structured arch designed around Indian foot profiles, engineered to hold its shape through game two and game three when fatigue sets in.
Racket Pro is a slim court profile — 4–5mm at the forefoot — so it drops into most badminton, tennis, squash and pickleball shoes without adding noticeable volume. Remove your factory sock liner, trim along the guide printed on the underside, and play. The antimicrobial, moisture-wicking top layer keeps feet drier through humid Indian halls, and the whole insole is machine washable.

The Technology Behind Every Zone
Racket Pro is built on OrthoLite® open-cell PU foam — the cushioning platform used by 500+ global footwear brands, including Nike and adidas — and structured with TPU where court sport demands stability. It carries the APMA Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association.
OrthoLite® Open-Cell PU
Unlike memory foam and gel, which compress and stay compressed, OrthoLite® actively rebounds between impacts — so the cushioning you feel in game one is still there in game three. Durability tested for 100+ hours under racket-sport-specific load cycles: forefoot impact, lateral force and arch compression.
TPU Lateral Stability Shell
A semi-rigid thermoplastic polyurethane shell runs along the lateral edge, engineered to resist the roll forces of multi-directional lunges. Rigid where it counts, in play — not stiff underfoot.
Antimicrobial Moisture-Wicking Top Layer
A silver-ion treated top surface inhibits odour bacteria and draws perspiration away from the foot, built for 90+ minute sessions in un-airconditioned Indian halls. Machine washable, so a fresh start is one wash away.

Most Sports Insoles Are Walking Insoles With a Sticker on the Box
The insole category is built around one direction of movement: forward. Cushion the heel, cushion the forefoot, sell it to everyone. That logic fails on a court, because racket sport does not load the foot the way walking does — it loads it sideways, on a split-step, at 3–4 times body weight, hundreds of times a session. A soft foam insole with no lateral structure simply lets the foot roll over the midsole. Racket Pro was built the other way round: five zones, each answering a specific court failure — forefoot burn, heel slam, arch collapse, ankle roll, sweat. Not a comfort insole adapted for sport. An insole designed for the court from the first zone.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
How long can I wear Racket Pro in a day?
There's no wear-time limit. Racket Pro is designed for a full session and beyond — warm-up, match play and cool-down. Because OrthoLite® foam rebounds between impacts instead of staying compressed, the support you feel in the first game is still there in the last, even across a back-to-back tournament day.
Will Racket Pro work with all types of shoes?
It's designed for court shoes first — badminton, tennis, squash and pickleball. The slim court profile is 4–5mm at the forefoot, so it drops into most standard and close-fitting court shoes without adding noticeable volume. Most badminton and squash shoes use a removable sock liner; take that out first and Racket Pro replaces it directly.
Can I move Racket Pro between shoes?
Yes. Trim once to fit, then rotate the same pair across your badminton, tennis, squash and pickleball shoes. That's part of the value — one pair covering every court shoe you own, for 100+ hours of play, which works out to roughly 6–9 months at 3–4 sessions a week. Machine wash and air dry between rotations.
How do I fit Racket Pro correctly?
Pick your size — S (UK 4–7), M (UK 8–10) or L (UK 11–13). If you're between sizes, choose the smaller one and trim. Remove the factory insole from your shoe, place Racket Pro on top, mark any excess at the toe, then trim along the guide line printed on the underside. Slide it in heel-first so the deep heel cup seats at the back and the arch sits under your own arch. Under 60 seconds, with a clean finished edge.
Will Racket Pro damage my shoes or leave marks?
No. Racket Pro sits inside the shoe against the footbed — no adhesive, nothing touching the upper. It goes in and comes out cleanly, and it takes the sweat and impact that would otherwise go straight into your shoe's footbed.
Will Racket Pro make my shoes feel tighter or add bulk?
It shouldn't, provided you remove the factory sock liner first — Racket Pro replaces it rather than stacking on top, which keeps the overall fit close to identical. It's a slim court profile at 4–5mm through the forefoot. If your court shoes are already a tight fit, go up half a size in footwear.
Is there another 8ease product I should use alongside Racket Pro?
Depends on what else you play and how your feet feel off the court. If cricket is your other sport, Cricket Pro is tuned for that load instead. If your arch problem is structural rather than sport-related — flat feet, arches that ache on ordinary days — the 8ease Pro Support range is built for that, with arch heights matched to your foot. If you've been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, the Plantar Specialist is the one to look at. Same engineering thinking, tuned to a different job.
