Refund/Return Policy

We want you to love our insoles! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Return:

  • You can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Refunds do not apply to damaged, or custom-size products.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Please email us at customercare@8ease.in with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll initiate the refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged post-delivery
