We want you to love our insoles! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Return:

You can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Refunds do not apply to damaged, or custom-size products.
How to Request a Return:

Please email us at customercare@8ease.in with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll initiate the refund.
