You sat down at 9:30 and got up properly at about 7. Somewhere in there you did four thousand steps to the kitchen, the meeting room and back, in shoes with a flat, thin liner and no air moving through them. That's why feet feel hot, tired and sore by evening on a day you barely moved. Daily Relief replaces the liner with a cushioned, breathable footbed built for exactly that day — the office, the commute, the standing around — so you get to the evening with something left.
A run or a gym session is impact — high, brief, and landing in the same two places every time: the heel when you strike, the ball of the foot when you push off. Sports Support is our best-seller for that reason. Full-length cushioning with shock absorption placed at the heel and the forefoot, so each landing is softened before it travels up, and the morning after a session feels like a normal morning.
A new pair of shoes comes with a fresh footbed, and for a few weeks it feels like the problem is solved. Then the footbed flattens — usually well before the outsole shows any wear — and you're back where you started, concluding it was never the shoes. It was. The thin liner inside most shoes is low-density filler foam that packs down fastest in the first few weeks. Both insoles in this duo replace it with Ortholite® foam that Ortholite states compresses less than 5% over the life of the product. The relief you feel in week one is still there in month eight.
One insole moved between two pairs of shoes does one job and compromises the other — and in practice it doesn't get moved at all. Daily Relief lives permanently in the work and commute shoes. Sports Support lives permanently in the trainers. Pull out the old liner, slide the new insole in heel-first, trim along the guide lines on the underside to your shoe shape. Under a minute per pair, and machine washable when they need it.

The Science Behind the Relief
Powered by Ortholite® — the open-cell PU foam found inside footwear from 500+ of the world's performance footwear brands. Both insoles in this duo carry it, and both carry the APMA Seal of Acceptance for promoting good foot health.
Ortholite® Open-Cell Foam
Not memory foam, not gel. Open-cell PU that springs back after each step instead of slowly packing down into a flat, useless layer. Ortholite states its foam compresses less than 5% over the life of the product — which is the difference between cushioning that is still there in month eight and a pad that went flat in week three.
Cushioning That Doesn't Bottom Out
People choose insoles by squeezing them — softer feels better in the hand. Under body weight, very soft foam does the opposite: it sinks flat within weeks and stops doing anything. Both insoles here pair a moulded base that keeps its shape under load with open-cell cushioning on top where your foot actually meets it, so the relief is the same at 7pm as it was at 9am.
Cool and Dry in Indian Heat
A closed formal shoe through a Hyderabad afternoon and a training shoe through a 7pm session are both hot, damp places. The open-cell structure lets air move continuously while the moisture-wicking top fabric pulls sweat off the skin — so feet stay cooler and drier than they did on the liner they replaced, with no odour building up. Machine washable after the sweaty weeks.
Relief That Lasts — Not Softness That Flattens
Every shoe ships with an insole. It isn't engineered for anything — it's a flat piece of low-density foam that happens to be in the box, and it packs down faster than the shoe around it wears out. Generic insoles answer that with more softness, which feels lovely in the shop and flattens just as fast. The Work + Workout Duo answers it with cushioning built for each half of the day: everyday relief in the shoes you sit and commute in, heel and forefoot shock absorption in the shoes you train in — on foam that holds its shape for years, not weeks. One pair for the ten hours you're on your feet, one for the hour you're on the treadmill, and neither one ever has to be moved.

Comparison Table
| Feature | An ordinary insole | Work + Workout Duo |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | One pair of shoes | Work shoes and training shoes, permanently |
| Design | One shape for both jobs | Everyday relief + impact-specific shock absorption |
| Foam | Generic gel or EVA — flattens in weeks | Ortholite® open-cell PU, under 5% compression over its life |
| Heat | Traps it | Open-cell structure moves air and moisture |
| Life | Weeks to months | Holds its shape through 2+ years of daily use · machine washable |
| Fit | One size | Trim-to-fit guide lines, separate size bands |
Will this make plantar fasciitis go away?
Do I pick one size for both insoles?
No. Daily Relief is S (UK 4–7) / M (UK 8–11) and Sports Support is S / M — chosen separately at checkout. The bands don't line up across the two ranges, so a single size for the whole duo would mis-ship one of them.
Will they fit inside formal shoes?
Daily Relief is the thinner of the two and is the one built for formals, loafers and commute shoes. Trim to the guide line before the first full day; place both insoles back to back while trimming so they come out symmetrical. Sports Support goes in the trainers, which have the room for it.
Why not just buy two of the same insole?
Because the two shoes are doing different jobs. A working day is hours of low-level wear that leaves feet tired and sore — it needs everyday cushioning that breathes. A training session is impact in short bursts — it needs shock absorption where you land. Two Daily Relief is a twin pack (₹799) and it's the right buy if you're covering two everyday pairs, not a work pair and a training pair.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Most people notice the work pair first, on the first full day — a formal shoe has the least cushioning to begin with, so the change is obvious by evening. The training pair shows up the morning after a session rather than during it. Typical experience, not a guarantee; feet vary, and how much you're on them varies more.
How long do they last?
Both hold their shape through 2+ years of daily use, and both machine wash. Ortholite states its foam compresses less than 5% over the life of the product, so the relief you feel in week one is still there in month eight.
Is the saving real?
₹1,148 if you buy both separately, ₹999 as a duo. Open either product page and check.
Is the first week supposed to feel firm?
Yes. Semi-rigid is the point. Some people find the first few days unfamiliar because the arch is being held in a position it hasn't been held in for months. If you want soft, Sports Support (₹699) is the honest recommendation — but soft is not what this kit is for.
What if I order the wrong size?
Exchange it within 7 days. Both items trim to marked guide lines, which covers most of the length risk; the exchange covers everything else.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across India. There is a ₹50 handling fee plus delivery on COD orders. Prepaid orders above ₹599 ship free.
What does APMA Accepted mean?
The APMA Seal of Acceptance indicates that this product has been reviewed and found to be acceptable in promoting good foot health. The APMA does not endorse or recommend specific products or treatments.
Is there another 8ease combo I should look at instead?
If you wear one pair of shoes for everything, buy Sports Support on its own (₹699). If you need three pairs covered including shallow formals that won't take a full insole, the Every-Shoe Kit (₹1,229) adds heel pads. If you have a diagnosed foot condition, talk to your doctor first — this is a comfort product; it isn't a medical device.
