01

Every running stride lands at roughly two to three times your body weight, and a single 5K is a few thousand of those landings. Most trainers ship with a thin filler-foam liner that packs down within weeks. Sports Support replaces it with OrthoLite® open-cell foam — 6mm at the heel, 4mm at the forefoot — that springs back between strides instead of staying flat.

02

Fatigue shows up at the arch first. Late in a long run or deep into a leg-day circuit, the foot starts to sag and your stride gets sloppy. A contoured arch profile supports the midfoot through the whole session, for a steadier, more even stride from the first rep to the last.

03

Sprints, cuts, burpees and sudden stops are exactly when a loose insole slides forward and bunches at the toe. The anti-slip base grips your shoe's footbed so Sports Support stays in position all session — no stopping to pull your shoe off and readjust.

04

Trim along the guide once, then move the same pair between your running shoes, gym trainers, court shoes and football boots. The open-cell foam lets air move through the insole, and the antimicrobial top layer inhibits odour-causing bacteria — useful when your kit bag lives in the boot of the car.

The Technology Behind the 3-in-1

Sports Support is built on OrthoLite® open-cell PU foam — the cushioning platform used by 500+ global footwear brands, including Nike and adidas. It carries the APMA Seal of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association.

OrthoLite® Open-Cell Foam

The open-cell structure does two jobs. It rebounds between impacts, so the cushioning you feel at the warm-up is still there at the cool-down. And it lets air move through the insole rather than trapping heat under your foot. Designed to hold its shape for 2+ years of regular training, rather than flattening in the first few months.

Contoured Arch + Cupped Heel

A gently contoured arch and a cupped heel keep your foot centred over the insole, so the cushioning sits where the impact lands. Balanced rather than rigid — built for athletes who want support without the firmer, structured feel of the Pro Support range.

Anti-Slip Base + Antimicrobial Top Layer

A grip-textured base holds the insole against the shoe's footbed through fast direction changes. Up top, an antimicrobial surface inhibits odour-causing bacteria and draws sweat away from the foot through long, humid sessions.

Your Trainers Were Engineered. Their Insole Wasn't.

Shoe brands spend years on midsoles and outsoles, then finish the shoe with a thin sheet of low-density foam — the one part your foot actually touches. It packs down within weeks, and from then on your feet absorb what the shoe was meant to. Sports Support puts OrthoLite® — the foam platform inside shoes from 500+ global brands — back between you and the ground, then adds arch support and a grip base. One pair upgrades every pair of trainers you own. At ₹699, that's under ₹1 a day across two years of training.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How long can I wear Sports Support in a day?

There's no wear-time limit. Sports Support is designed for a full training session and beyond — warm-up, workout and cool-down, plus the walk home. Because OrthoLite® foam rebounds between impacts instead of staying compressed, the cushioning you feel at the start of a session is still there at the end.

Which shoes will Sports Support fit?

Running shoes, gym trainers, court shoes and football boots — any sports shoe with a removable factory insole. At 4mm through the forefoot and 6mm at the heel, it replaces the factory liner without adding noticeable bulk. Take the original insole out first and Sports Support goes in its place.

Can I move Sports Support between shoes?

Yes. Trim once to fit, then rotate the same pair between your running shoes, gym trainers and boots. That's part of the value — one pair covering every sports shoe you own, designed to hold its shape for 2+ years of regular training. Machine or hand wash, then air dry between rotations.

How do I fit Sports Support correctly?

Pick your size — Small (UK 4–7) or Medium (UK 8–10). Both are trimmable insoles. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one and trim it down. Remove the factory insole from your shoe, lay it on top of Sports Support as a template, then trim along the matching guide line printed on the underside. Slide it in heel-first so the heel cup sits at the back and the arch sits under your own arch. It takes under a minute.

Will Sports Support make my shoes feel tighter?

It shouldn't, as long as you remove the factory insole first — Sports Support replaces it rather than stacking on top, so the fit stays close to what you're used to. If your shoes are already a snug fit, the 4mm forefoot keeps toe-room change to a minimum.

How is Sports Support different from Racket Pro and Cricket Pro?

Sports Support is the all-rounder — built for athletes who run, lift and play more than one sport, with balanced cushioning and a grip base that works across every kind of sports shoe. Racket Pro and Cricket Pro are specialists: each is tuned for the specific load of one sport, with a deeper heel cup and firmer lateral structure. If you play badminton, tennis or cricket seriously, go with the specialist. If your week is a mix of runs, gym and weekend games, Sports Support is the one.

Make Your Last Rep Feel Like Your First

Your trainers came with a thin factory insole that packed down long ago — and since then, your feet have been taking every landing on their own. Sports Support puts OrthoLite® cushioning, a contoured arch and an anti-slip grip back in your shoes, in one pair that moves between every sport you play. Find your size and train supported.
